Accepted - ‘The Birds in Art’ Leigh Yawkey Woodson

‘Jurors Nina Z. Gormley (executive director and curator, Wendell Gilley Museum, Southwest Harbor, Maine), Robert B. Pickering (director of curatorial affairs and public programs, Gilcrease Museum, Tulsa, Oklahoma), and Laurie Winters (executive director, Museum of Wisconsin Art, West Bend) spent a productive day reviewing 910 entries submitted by 564 artists before heading into the final round to select one work each by 92 artists. You should be enormously proud of this accomplishment. Know that we are proud to exhibit your artwork at the Woodson Art Museum alongside that of 112 other juried artists, past Master Artists, and the 2014 Master Artist, Barry Van Dusen.’
